The hood has been designed to protect the operator and the surrounding / external environment from contamination
from manipulation of harmful chemicals from the work area.
The BLACK ACTIVA hood offers the possibility of installing in addition to the main activated carbon filter
also a second carbon filter "safety" (Safety Carbon Filter) in order to intercept
any vapor leaks through the exhausted main filter.

External and internal carpentry in steel sheet painted with poly-epoxy powder, very light gray color RAL 7035.
The internal walls, on request, can be coated with polycarbonate or 316L stainless steel in case of use of particularly aggressive substances.
Double rear suction bottom in opal polycarbonate.
Front panel in 6 mm tempered glass with motorized rise and fall, with up / down control on the control keypad (in the 240 model the front panel is in transparent polycarbonate). Glass height when fully lowered: 15 cm from the work surface, 65 cm in the fully open position.
Worktop in AISI 316 stainless steel or in porcelain steel (vitrosteel) or monolithic stoneware (optional depending on use), equipped or not
of sinks. On request, it is also possible to have tops in other materials and in various tank layouts.
Membrane keyboard (soft touch) with antistatic protection.
Predisposition to accommodate up to 3 filters in series (3 coal or 2 carbon plus 1 HEPA) on each filtering unit, of different thicknesses.
Automatic adjustment of air speed to compensate:
- variations in the opening of the front glass
- the progressive clogging of prefilters and filters
- any turbulence in the work areas caused by the presence of the operators.
The electronic board is microprocessor controlled, the control keyboard is modern and easily understandable.
Possibility of channeling outside the expelled air by adding the drain connection (optional).
The hood is widely customizable thanks to the wide choice of optional accessories.
Highly prevalent internal silent radial fan, internationally renowned brand. Its operation is controlled directly by the electronic board, which drives it according to the needs and the height of the front glass.
